Marble Falls started out as a get-together of friends around the kitchen table in a squatter house, drinking cheap wine, playing guitar and singing. Build around the hauntingly beautiful voice of Susan Edam, their unlikely pick of classic pop songs soon evolved into a rich and full sound that breezes the air of the wide open plains of America, sometimes emerging into arrangements hinting at Ennio Morricone's musical settings for Western movies.

Marble Falls is a co-production between Susan Edam and Melle Boersma, and is produced by Jeroen Tenty and Eric Lensink (MI5 Studios). They are best known for their work with artists like Elsa Birgitta Bekman, Beans & Fatback and Tim Knol. We hope you'll enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed working on Marble Falls.
